Morning briefing
At 8 the front desk opens the planning on “Today”: shapes show at once who arrives and who leaves, diamonds flag day use and the cleaning strip (blue/yellow/red) shows which rooms are ready. They turn on the “pax” and “pets” badges, hide the rest and save the view for the whole team.
Check-in with luggage and keys
A guest arrives early: the desk takes the luggage into storage, records the check-in and, once the room is ready, hands over the keys — all tracked with the time. The data already arrived via OCI pre-check-in, so the queue at the desk disappears.
Privacy protected at the desk
The receptionist steps away for a moment: after a few minutes the Privacy Shield blurs the guest names on the planning and, if needed, locks the screen. It unlocks by face (recognised via webcam), password or a security key, and the face template stays on the device.
