The supervisor's start of day
At the start of the shift the supervisor sees every room's status on the per-floor dashboard; she spots a set-up “mismatch” on 307 and applies the next arrival's set-up in one click. Live polling shows cleanings in progress and signals with flash and sound when a room turns Ready.
The attendant works from her list
Maria opens the mobile list and sees only the rooms on her floor, by priority: 310 is on top because the guest has arrived and is waiting for keys. She starts cleaning (the timer runs), finishes it, and the room moves to “To inspect”; the supervisor inspects and approves, and 310 turns Ready.
Reshuffle and automatic reset
The supervisor rebalances workloads by moving a room from one floor to another for the next day. The following morning the daily reset automatically sets departures and stays-with-cleaning back to “Dirty”, with no manual work.
